Join us for Pearl Talk Book Club as we review Passing by Harlem Renaissance author Nella Larsen.

Set primarily in the Harlem neighborhood of New York City in the 1920s, the story centers on the reunion of two childhood friends. This book features themes about race and identity through the phenomenon of "passing".
